Horseback riding

Horseback riding is a magical way to explore Guanacaste's diverse landscapes in a more exclusive way. We offer an exceptional combination of beach and mountain views: Escape the tourist crowds and explore some of the less-visited corners of the Sámara area on horseback. In the first part of the tour, the cowboy will guide you along mountain trails characterized by tropical dry forest vegetation, stopping at viewpoints with breathtaking views of the coast and ocean. You will also have the opportunity to gallop on a long, quiet beach. Groups will have a limited number of participants, and the pick-up time can be after breakfast or in the afternoon, before sunset time. Whatever you have previous experience with horses or it will be your first time, this will be a special experience. The cowboys we recommend are well-known and trustworthy people, and we know they treat their horses very well, taking care of their health and nutrition, and above all, without exploiting them.

Perfect Location

This cute hotel is right in the center of the a quaint town called Samara. It is also just a couple blocks to Samara beach. Our patio backed up to the pool which made it easy and relaxing. A delicious breakfast is included in the price. We went in the rainy season (poured for two days). Luckily, it’s a refreshing rain and didn’t stop us from swimming in the pool and shopping in town.

wonderful place!

The location is perfect, right along the main street, just a few minutes walk to the beach and anywhere in town. Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable, really well taken care of. Comfortable beds and hot showers, daily housekeeping. The front desk staff was so warm and friendly, they really went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

My only regret was that I only stayed two nights

Samara beach was amazing and the people at the hotel were super helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend the food at the hotel restaurant. I ended up eating there both nights and was very happy both times. The pool in the rear is in a very nice quiet garden setting. I was traveling solo and found it very easy to meet fellow travelers

Very Pleasant

The hotel has a good location. It is close to the beach and has several bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and other services nearby. The hotel has two swimming pools, and an added value (for me) is having parking. The hotel's pleasantness is also due to the friendliness and professionalism of its staff.

Fabulous!

This hotel is beautiful and very clean. There is a short walk to the beach. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The breakfast is great, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We look forward to returning for a longer stay. There is convenient parking. The staff suggested a dolphin/snorkel tour that was reasonably priced and worth the time.

Great Stay

The location is great. The staff here is amazing. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We have been coming here, as one of our stops in Costa Rica, for the past 3 years. Always a nice stay.
